With more than 30 years of culinary experience spanning luxury hotels, acclaimed restaurants, private dining, and large-scale hospitality, Chef Raphael brings refined technique and a passion for locally inspired cuisine to every course.
Each thoughtfully curated dish will be paired with a Grindstone wine, including an exclusive first taste of a new vintage available only to dinner guests before heading back to the cellar for it's future release.
